Lofo Ramiaramanana is a 19 yr old tennis player from Madagascar. He is currently based in France. He spent 3 years at the ITF/SATA Training Centre in Pretoria (Tuks) and will be visiting us this coming Friday, before he
competes in a Futures tournament next week.
As a junior he was ranked 17 in the world and is currently ranked 1100 in the senior event. Lofo is a left-handed player and will be sharing some of his experiences he has had on the tennis circuit. We will also be demonstrating some tennis drills used to work on his game.

Thanks for the attendance! Lofo spent some quality time with the youngsters and parents. It was an excellent opportunity. Lofo will be playing in the following 2 Tournaments before returning to France. Go and see him and some other talented players in action at Groenkloof.
Lofo will be participating in the futures tournaments taking place over the next 2 weeks @ the Groenkloof Tennis Centre.

The South African Tennis Davis Cup Team beat Macedonia at Emperors Palace.

South Africa defeated Belarus 5-0 in South Africa!
The Results
South Africa will play India in the next tie 18-20 September 2009 in South Africa. The venue will be announced by the end of June 2009 according to SATA.
